We use a distinct type of bean from the South Minas region of Brazil, known around the globe for its sweet and fruity tones.

Grown at an altitude of over 1000 masl, the farm has a favorable, unique microclimate with consistent humidity. This humidity and soil in which the trees grow, enhance the flavour of the beans. Complimenting this variety of bean is a pure Columbian bean, which lends its rich, full bodied taste notes of dark chocolate, citrus and blackcurrant. Both beans are 100% pure Arabica, and using our unique roasting process you will experience a wonderfully smooth and velvety coffee that transports you to the blissful serenity reminiscent of the rich and vibrant landscapes where our exceptional beans are grown.
